Bronco Plumbing is a one-person, owner-operated plumbing company based in Blue Mound, TX. This website exists to help DFW homeowners contact Colton and read plumbing tips. We collect the minimum data needed to make that work.
When you submit a quote request we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), service address (optional), the type of job, and the message you write. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
If you subscribe to our plumbing tips list we collect your first name and email address. We use these to send you seasonal maintenance advice and occasional updates from Bronco Plumbing. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. It collects anonymized data about page visits — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personally identifiable information.
Contact form submissions are forwarded directly to Colton by email. We do not add you to any marketing list from a contact form submission.
Newsletter subscribers receive a short sequence of plumbing tips (freeze prep, water heater maintenance, DIY vs. call guides) followed by occasional updates. We send no more than a few emails per month. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. Period.
Newsletter subscriber data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted on Vercel infrastructure. Contact form submissions are delivered by email and are not stored in a database.
Emails are sent via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email provider. Resend stores message logs in accordance with their own privacy policy.
We keep subscriber records for as long as your subscription is active. When you unsubscribe your record is marked inactive and you will not receive further emails. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Every newsletter email contains a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it immediately stops all future emails.
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email Coltrstaley@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Request" and we will respond within 5 business days.
If any information we hold is inaccurate, contact us and we will correct it promptly.
We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site or newsletter after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
